1. Tell me more about Global Tele Health
Global Tele Health is made to bridge the gap in therapy availability to everyone by making therapy from licensed professionals reachable to every corner of this world. Our mission is to reach the unreachable and provide the best possible care for everyone
We introduced Global Tele Health so that everyone can benefit from therapy in a safe place where their hopes are renewed.
Global Tele Health is designed so that you can send a therapist text messages, audio interactions, video interactions in a private and safe environment.
Global Tele Health is unique because of the affordability and special focus on third world poor countries where psychotherapy is almost non-existent. Our therapists are culturally competent professionals that have been trained and have practiced in diverse populations. We are a multicultural team that puts “helping” in front of everything.
Who are the Therapists?
All Global Tele Health therapists have been chosen after a rigorous check. They all have quality Masters Degree and Doctorate Degree in Counseling, Psychology and related fields. All Licensed with more than 3000 hours of training experience on a required 3-4 year period and certified by their various state boards
2. What help will I get from Global Tele Health?
Global Tele Health is designed to provide 6-8 weeks of psychotherapy and counseling. We review your therapy goals and advice for follow up services if needed.
Extra sessions can be taken on discount packages. We also have a 4 week Brief Intervention therapy package depending on what is going on with you.
3. How much will it cost me?
Therapy cost from Global Tele Health is a 4 weeks, 6 weeks or 8 weeks subscription therapy plan which ranges from $70 billed monthly flat rate.
1) 4 weeks Plan…$230
2) 6 weeks Plan…$330
3) 8 weeks Plan…$430
Discounts are given after completion of the 6 weeks plan with student plans available. Free sessions are available with some 8 week plan.
4. Can I Cancel services?
If you do not want to continue services, you can easily cancel whenever you want. If you cancel before your plan expires, you will still have the remaining time you’ve already paid for and renew anytime you feel like coming back for therapy.
Our services are not covered by health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. You pay out of pocket for services we offer
5. Are Text Messages Charged ?
Text messages are charged as part of the packages
6. Can I change Therapists?
You can request for a change of therapist if you are not connecting well.
But it is advised you work with a therapist for sometime to let the process progress with positive results. The steps to change therapist and choose a therapist of your choice is below….
7. How do I protect my Privacy?
Confidentiality of therapy information is protected by federal Laws and our therapists follow strictly to that rule.
You can sign in with an anonymous name to protect your privacy
No information is shared to a third party from this website. We don’t accept any form of insurance and your information is safe.
All the messages between you and your therapist are secured and encrypted
Our servers are hosted with the best security and protection.
Our browsing encryption system (SSL) follows modern best practices, providing up to date online security and encryption.
Our databases are encrypted and scrambled to avoid data theft.
